We will go over the basics of counseling, get to know each other, walk through the history and related factors affecting your primary concerns, and discuss a treatment plan.

Each session is tailored to your needs in the moment – Is there urgency to process a recent difficult event or competition? Have you been ruminating on a lingering problem? Do you have a follow up thought from our last session?
