We'll Likely Work Well Together If...
I think we all can remember how challenging it is to be a teenager. But as a parent, you are struggling to find creative ways to support your child through their difficulties. You want to see them confident, energetic, and happy, but have yet to find a solution that works for everyone.
What It's Like to Work Together
Therapy is all about creating a safe, compassionate, and transparent environment where we can explore any challenges you or your child are facing, together. Working with me feels encouraging and empathetic, as we try to identify the root of the problem while honoring you or your child's emotions as they come up.
Your child's feelings, experiences, and values are at the forefront of our work. We will utilize the strengths your child already possesses to foster resilience, self-compassion, and learn alternative ways of coping through life’s setbacks. However, if something is not working for you or your child, let’s talk about it! With your feedback, we can work collaboratively on creative ways to make the therapeutic process feel enriching and rewarding for both of you.
