We'll Likely Work Well Together If...

Sometimes, anxiety, self-doubt, and fear of judgment can feel like major roadblocks between where you are and where you want to be. You may find yourself feeling stuck, alone, or discouraged as you navigate these challenges, especially when they begin to interfere with the goals and activities that matter most to you. You may be hoping to feel more confident in yourself and your abilities, develop greater acceptance of what comes your way, and engage in life or perform in ways that feel genuine to who you are.

Reaching out for support can be an important step toward gaining greater clarity and a deeper understanding of yourself, and you do not have to navigate these challenges alone. Therapy can be a collaborative space to explore what may be making it difficult to move forward and develop strategies that help you trust yourself, navigate challenges with greater ease, and engage in life in ways that feel true to who you are.

What It's Like to Work Together

Working with me is a collaborative, supportive, and genuine process. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and are encouraged to explore new ways of understanding and responding to the challenges you face. Together, we’ll work to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, identify what is important to you, and develop practical strategies that fit your needs and goals. Depending on what feels most helpful, this may include building awareness of anxious thoughts and physical sensations, practicing skills to manage difficult emotions, challenging self-doubt, or learning to approach stressful situations with greater flexibility. I’ll meet you where you are while encouraging you to take meaningful steps toward where you want to be. I especially enjoy working with individuals who are navigating performance anxiety, high expectations, self-doubt, or pressure in areas that are important to them, whether that is music, athletics, academics, career, or other aspects of life.
